Fronting the highly visible Kidswells Park, this One Housing Group initiative transforms an underperforming edge-of-centre estate into a vibrant, mixed-tenure community. The original site was burdened by deteriorating 1970s low-rises scattered across awkwardly fragmented, unusable spaces. Through careful tenant consultation and a thoughtfully phased relocation strategy, we are replacing these outdated blocks with 272 modern homes. The new masterplan maximizes the land's potential, delivering a dynamic blend of private, shared ownership, affordable, and assisted living spaces.
