Situated in the main plaza in the heart of Seoul City

Proposals consist of a sustainable eco-tower and green bridge spanning an 8-lane motorway, aiming to establish green corridors throughout the city. The primary tower, designed for mixed-use purposes, integrates offices, a hotel, and residential spaces, complemented by a parallel tower featuring vertical gardens. These gardens are easily accessible on every floor, supported by dedicated vertical and horizontal circulation systems.

The lightweight column garden enclosure is equipped with various environmental elements, such as sprayed water droplets that generate a cooling down draft to cool the building in a sustainable manner.
