A Grade II listed Georgian building underwent a 565m² refurbishment, focusing on restoring important historical elements such as cast iron railings, interior stair balustrades, and cornices. Additionally, rear extensions were added to the building. The renovated structure now serves as a hub for various independent medical consultants and features residential apartments on the top two floors.
